Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials and materials needed for delivery. Delays in receiving required inputs may affect timelines. Clients must ensure that materials supplied to AXN Digital can legally be used for the agreed work.

Proposals and Estimates

Website information, examples, timelines and estimates are provided for general guidance and may change after discovery. A proposal becomes binding only when accepted in writing or replaced by a signed service agreement. Taxes, third-party fees, media spend and external licences will be identified separately where applicable.

Payments and Pausing Work

Payment schedules, deposits, milestones and renewal terms will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. We may pause work when invoices are overdue or when required approvals and information are not provided. Any restart timeline will depend on team availability.

Third-Party Platforms

Marketing, analytics, hosting, advertising and software projects may depend on third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, review processes and technical behaviour are outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to configure and support those platforms, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or approval.

Results and Performance

We use professional judgement and agreed measurement plans, but business results depend on many factors including market conditions, budget, competition, customer behaviour, product quality and client execution. No specific ranking, revenue, lead volume or return is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Ownership and Portfolio Use

Ownership of final deliverables, source files and licensed materials will follow the applicable proposal or agreement and is generally subject to payment of all amounts due. Unless a client asks us not to, AXN Digital may identify completed work in its portfolio without disclosing confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each party will take reasonable steps to protect non-public information received from the other party and use it only for the relevant engagement. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

Suspension and Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the notice and termination terms in the applicable agreement. Work completed, approved expenses and committed third-party costs up to the effective termination date remain payable unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to AXN Digital unless otherwise stated, and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

AXN Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its content.
